صاحب اینترنت کیست؟؟

احتمالا این سوال برای همه ما پیش آمده که آنچه این روزها راه ارتباطی ما با دنیای اطراف شده و نبودش حتی برای چند ساعت، غم عالم را میهمان دلمان می‌کند، چگونه کار می‌کند؟ فناوری پیچیده‌ای که زحمات بسیاری برای آن کشیده می‌شود و درنهایت آنچه به دست ما می‌رسد، حاصل دسترنج و تلاش شبانه‌روزی متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات از سازمان های بزرگ تا شرکت های ارائه دهنده اینترنت می باشد. در این مطلب سیر رسیدن اینترنت به کاربر نهایی را بررسی می کنیم

اینترنت؛
فناوری‌ای که هیچ‌کس مالک آن نیست!!
شاید در نگاه اول اغلب آمریکا را صاحب یا بانی اینترنت بدانیم، شاید اینترنت را جایی یا شرکتی می پنداریم که با تولید آن درآمد هنگفتی کسب می کند و ما درواقع برای خرید آن اینترنت هزینه پرداخت می کنیم، اما اینگونه نیست، توزیع اینترنت در جهان مانند توزیع خدمات برق نیست که بگوییم کسی آن را در جایی تولید و توزیع می‌کند؛ شما شبکه بین چند کامپیوتر و ارتباطات بین آنها در یک اداره را درنظر بگیرید، اینترنت یک نسخه بسیار بسیار بزرگتر همین شبکه کوچک است، اینترنت یک شبکه بسیار پیچیده از ارتباطات الکترونیکی است و مالکی ندارد که بتواند روی آن قیمتی بگذارد و به واسطه آن پول از مردم دریافت کند.

؛ ستون‌فقرات اینترنت
آنچه در اینجا خرید و فروش می‌شود، قابلیت اتصال است. شبکه اینترنت، روی اتصالاتی با پهنای باند بسیار بالا استوار است که به آن ستون‌فقرات اینترنت می‌گویند. به کمک این شبکه، همه کشورها به هم متصل می‌شوند و هر کشور حداقل یک تا چندین اتصال به این ستون‌فقرات دارد. پولی که کشورها برای اتصال به اینترنت می‌پردازند، در واقع هزینه‌ای است که بابت اتصال به این شبکه ستون‌فقرات متحمل می شوند( فیبرنوری، ماهواره، تجهیزات، هزینه های نگهداری و…).

هزینه‌هایی که بابت اینترنت می‌پردازیم؛
هزینه‌ها برای هرکدام از این نوع اتصالات و ارتباطات متفاوت است، بسته به سرعت و حجم داده‌های تبادل‌شده، قطعا باید قیمت متفاوتی پرداخت کرد. شرکت ارتباطات زیرساخت ایران که متولی مدیریت دروازه‌های اصلی اینترنت ایران است، باید بابت عملیاتی ماندن این دروازه‌ها هزینه‌های مختلفی مانند تعمیر و نگهداری تجهیزات، پرسنل فنی، برقراری خطوط ارتباطی و… را متحمل شود. بازگشت این هزینه از طریق فروش دسترسی به شرکت‌های تامین اتصال به اینترنت که امروز در ایران تعدادشان از مرز ۶۰۰ گذشته، جبران می‌شود. شرکت‌های تامین اتصال نیز هزینه‌های خود را از کاربران نهایی اینترنت دریافت می‌کنند. اینکه چرا اینترنت در ایران گران است و ایران از لحاظ سرعت وضعیت خوبی ندارد، مبحثی چند بعدی است که پرداختن به آن مقالی دیگر می‌طلبد. لیکن به جهت اشاره، استیلای بخش دولتی بر فضای اینترنت، ناکارآمدی شرکت‌های واسط و سوءمدیریت در آنها و سیاسی شدن مباحث فضای مجازی در ایران را می‌توان عمده دلایل نامطلوب بودن ارتباطات اینترنتی در ایران دانست.
۳-
اتصال اینترنتی، ارتباطی دوطرفه
اتصال اینترنتی، یک اتصال دوطرفه است.
ایران درحال حاضر ۹ دروازه ورودی برای اینترنت دارد. این دروازه‌ها، درواقع نقطه اتصال ایران به شبکه اینترنت محسوب می‌شوند. حفظ ارتباط کاربران ایرانی با اینترنت، منوط به صحت عملکرد این دروازه‌هاست.
۴-
توزیع اینترنت چگونه صورت می‌گیرد؟
برقراری ارتباط کاربر با این دروازه‌ها، نیازمند حضور نهادهای واسط است. در واقع امکان دسترسی مستقیم کاربر نهایی با این نقاط اتصال، تنها توسط شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌هایی فراهم می‌شود که زیرساخت سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری لازم را دارند. شرکت‌های ارائه‌دهنده خدمات اینترنت، وظیفه مدیریت پهنای باند ارتباطی و برقراری ارتباط سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری موردنیاز کاربران نهایی با این دروازه‌ها را برعهده دارند. این ارتباط می‌تواند بر بستر اتصالات فیبرنوری، کابل مسی یا شبکه‌های رادیویی باشد.

کدام اتصالات برای ایران مقرون به‌صرفه‌تر است؟
ارتباط بین مصرف‌کننده نهایی و شبکه جهانی اینترنت، بسته به نوع مصرف، پهنای باند یا همان سرعت، محل قرار‌گیری مصرف‌کننده و برخی عوامل دیگر، متفاوت است. کاربرانی که به سرعت بالا یا حجم تبادل داده زیاد نیاز دارند، می‌توانند از مسیر ارتباطی فیبر نوری یا شبکه‌های رادیویی استفاده کنند ولی کاربران معمولی خانگی با روش اتصال سیم مسی نیز می‌توانند احتیاجات خود را برآورده کنند. هرچند امروز در بسیاری از نقاط کشور امکان اتصال به کمک فیبر نوری هم برای کاربران خانگی مهیا شده است.
