ضبط مکالمات و مشاهده مکالمات ضبط شده در ایزابل

در مطلب ” ضبط مکالمات و مشاهده مکالمات ضبط شده در ایزابل ” سعی می کنیم نحوه فعال سازی ضبط مکالمه یک داخلی در ایزابل و سپس نحوه مدیریت و مشاهده و حذف مکالمات را به صورت تصویری آموزش دهیم.
ضبط مکالمات در ایزابل
برای ضبط مکالمات یک داخلی در ایزابل وارد تنظیمات داخلی فوق شده و به بخش Recording Options می رویم، به صورت پیش فرض تنظیمات ضبط مکالمه یک داخلی فعال نیست و همه تنظیمات روی Don’t Care قرار دارد و فعال نیستند.
در اینجا چهار نوع ضبط مکالمه داخلی در ایزابل در نظر گرفته شده است که هر کدام را می توانیم به سه حالت تنظیم کرد این سه حالت به شرح زیر می باشند:
Inbound External Calls : این مکالمات تماس هایی است که از یک خط شهری بیرون از مجموعه با داخل برقرار می شود
Outbound External Calls : این مکالمات تماس هایی است از داخل به یک خط شهری برقرار می شود
Inbound Internal Calls : تماس های وارد شده به این داخلی از داخلی های دیگر همان سرور می‌باشد
Outbound Internal Calls : این مورد مربوط به تماس های خارج شده از این داخلی که مقصد آن داخلی های دیگر همان سرور است می باشد
مشاهده مکالمات ضبط شده در ایزابل:
جهت مشاهده مکالمات ضبط شده در ایزابل از منوی سمت چپ pbx را انتخاب و سپس از زیر منوی آن گزینه Calls Recordings را انتخاب کنید. در این صفحه با کلیک روی دکمه Show filter به راحتی می توانید با وارد کردن زمان و نوع مکالمات، مکالمات ضبط شده را مشاهده و جستجو کنید .
مسیر فایل های ضبط شده ایزابل:
برای مشاهده مسیر فایل های ضبط شده ایزابل و مدیریت و پاک کردن آنها ابتدا نرم افزار WinSCP را دانلود کرده و از طریق آن و دسترسی Root به ایزابل خود وارد شوید:
سپس به مسیر /var/spool/asterisk/monitor رفته که به ازای هر سالیک فولدر با نام آن سال ایجاد شده است. در فولدر سال ، ۱۲ فولدر برای هر ماه و در فولدر هر ماه ، به تعداد روز های ماه فولدر ایجاد می شود و فایل های صوتی به صورت Wave در آن ها ذخیره می شوند .
برای حذف هر فولدر آن را انتخاب و علامت ضربدر را بزنید، در صورت انتخاب چند فایل ممکن است پاک عملیات پاک کردن زمان بر باشد.
نکته: حتما میزان ظرفیت خالی فضای اختصاص داده شده برای ضبط مکالمات خود را در نظر داشته و از پر شدن کامل آن پیشگیری کنید چرا که در صورت پر شدن کامل سیستم تلفنی شما دچار اختلال می گردد.
